REGS:
There are lots of them. Fish size and quota are just a few and we have to stick to them. Ask Capt. Mike the regulations and quota's for what's currently running.
CANCELATIONS:
If you book a spot on an open boat trip you must cancel within 3 days of the trip. The rest of the passengers will have to chip in to pay the extra cost.
Private charters require a 25% deposit at least a week before the trip. Cancelations due to weather may be refunded but it would be prefered if your group reschedualed. Cancelations not made with at least 3 days advance notice will be rescheduled and the deposit will not be returned.
